Batana oil is extracted from the fruit of the American oil palm tree (Elaeis oleifera), primarily found in Central and South America. The extraction process involves several steps:

Harvesting: Ripe palm fruits are harvested from the tree. The fruits are typically dark purple or black when ripe.

Seperation of fruit: Workers seperate the red palm fruit from the husks using axes and conventional tools.

Boiling: The harvested fruits are boiled in water to soften the flesh and separate it from the seeds.

Milling: Crushed fruits are taken and put into the miller for further extraction of the pulp.

Hydraulic Press: For more extraction of the pulp, crushed palm fruits are further put under the hyndraulic press manual machine.

Accumulation of Oil: After the extraction, oil is accumulated in large containers.

Final Boil: At the end, all the containers are gone through the final stage of boiling.

Cool off: Oil is left to be cool off and then sell to the markets.
